সূরা আল আদিয়াত (Sura Al Adiyat)

100.1	সূরা আল আদিয়াত  (মক্কায় অবতীর্ণ- আয়াত ১১, রুকু ০১)
	In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. (পরম করুণাময় ও অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহ্‌র নামে-)
	By the [Steeds] that run, with panting [breath],
	শপথ দ্রুতগামী ঘােড়াগুলাের, যারা (উর্ধ্বশ্বাসে) শব্দ করতে করতে দৌড়ায়,
100.2
	And strike sparks of fire,
	শপথ সেসব সাহসী ঘােড়ার, যাদের খুরে অগ্নিস্ফুলিংগ বের হয়,
100.3
	And push home the charge in the morning,
	শপথ এমন সব ঘােড়ার যারা প্রত্যুষে ধ্বংসলীলা ছড়ায়,
100.4
	And raise the dust in clouds the while,
	অতপর তারা বিপুল পরিমাণ ধুলাও উড়ায়,
100.5
	And penetrate forthwith into the midst [of the foe] en masse;-
	শত্রু শিবিরে পৌঁছে তারা তা ছিন্নভিন্ন করে দেয়,
100.6
	Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful;
	অবশ্যই মানুষ তার মালিকের ব্যাপারে বড়ােই অকৃতজ্ঞ,
100.7
	And to that [fact] he bears witness [by his deeds];
	আর তার (এ অকৃতজ্ঞ আচরণ)-এর ওপর সে তাে (নিজেই) সাক্ষী,
100.8
	And violent is he in his love of wealth.
	অবশ্য সে (মানুষটি) ধন-দৌলতের মােহেই বেশী মত্ত;
100.9
	Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad
	সে কি (একথা) জানে না যে, কবরের ভেতর যা কিছু আছে তা যখন উত্থিত হবে-
100.10
	And that which is [locked up] in [human] breasts is made manifest-
	এবং (মানুষের) অন্তরে যা (ছিলাে তখন) তা প্রকাশ করে দেয়া হবে,
100.11
	That their Lord had been Well-acquainted with them, [even to] that Day?
	এদের (সবার) সম্পর্কে অবশ্যই তাদের মালিকই সবচেয়ে ভালাে জানবেন।
